Hosting an open house, a team dinner or a fundraiser? An event card handles the invitation, the RSVPs and the guest list in one place. Your guests don't need the Spryly app — they open your event in any phone's browser.
Here's the whole flow, start to finish, using a real example: a Sunday open house for a listing at 412 Alder Lane.
1. Create an event card
In the Spryly app, tap the + button at the top of My Cards and choose Event Card. Spryly creates a ready-to-edit card with an event block, a banner and a countdown timer already in place.

2. Add your details
Open the card's menu and choose Edit Card. Every part of the card is a block you can edit, reorder or remove:
- Title and paragraph — the name of your event and anything guests should know (Markdown formatting works).
- Banner image — upload a photo, or tap Generate with AI and describe the image you want.
- Event — the event name, location, description, start time and an optional end time.
- Countdown — counts down to the start time automatically.

Inside the event block, choose how RSVPs work:
- Set a maximum number of attendees (0 means no limit).
- Show the RSVP button, and ask for name, email, mobile number and notes.
- Ask guests how many people they're bringing.
- Let guests see who else is coming with a public attendee list.
Tap Save. Here's the finished card:

3. Invite your guests
Every card has its own QR code and web link. Use whichever fits:
- Show the QR code — tap the QR button and let people scan it with their camera.
- Share the link — text it, email it or post it from the share menu.
- Print it — use Generate PDF to make a flyer or sign with your QR code.
- Add it to Apple Wallet so it's one tap away on your phone.

4. Guests RSVP
When a guest opens your card, they see the event, the countdown and an RSVP button. They fill in the details you asked for, then choose Register for Event — or Unable to Attend, so you know who's not coming, too.

Guests get an instant confirmation, and Add to Calendar puts the event on their Apple, Google or Outlook calendar.
5. Check who's coming
If you turned on the public attendee list, anyone with the card can tap Attendees to see who's registered.

As the host, you see everything. Open the card's ⋮ menu, choose View Statistics / Data, and switch to the data view. For each event you'll see the start time, the attendee limit and the current count. Tap Load to list every response, with names, phone numbers, emails and notes, plus a separate Not Attending list. Tap a phone number to call or an email address to write back.

6. Download your guest list
Tap the download icon next to the attendee count to export a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Each row includes:
- Name
- Mobile
- Status (attending or not attending)
- Attendee count
- Notes
Use it for name tags, a follow-up email or a sign-in sheet at the door.
7. See how your card is doing
The same screen has built-in statistics. Switch to the chart view to see how many people viewed your card today, yesterday, in the last 7 days or in the last 30 days — no extra analytics tools needed.
