Spryly vs Blinq, Popl, HiHello, Dot and Linq

Where Spryly wins

Spryly is for people who share more than a contact card: one app, one price, many kinds of cards.

  • Price. PRO is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (App Store prices). The other paid individual plans we found run $6 to $29 a month.
  • A real free plan. 4 cards, with QR codes, Apple Wallet, printable tags and hidden numbers. Blinq's free plan is 1–2 cards.
  • Card types we didn't find elsewhere: events with RSVPs and guest lists, story pages, custom forms with AI analysis, self-destructing QR codes, hidden numbers with message relay and printable QR tags.
  • Opens anywhere. Cards open from a QR code or link in any phone's camera or browser, and anyone can view them without installing anything. The native apps cache your cards for offline use.
  • Built for more than networking. Hosts can set attendee limits, add-to-calendar and countdowns on events, collect responses in forms and export everything to CSV.
  • Private by design. Hide your phone number behind message relay, or share a code that expires after 5 minutes.

Methodology & sources

How we checked, and what we couldn't.

Date checked: October 2026. We read each company's public homepage and pricing page, then used third-party reviews and app store listings for anything the company leaves unpublished. Spryly's own features are checked against the shipping app (version 1.5.9). Spryly prices are App Store prices; yours may differ by region and tax.

Figures marked * and sources labeled “third party” come from reviews or comparison blogs, several written by competitors. Treat them as indicative. Ratings for Popl and HiHello come from a Blinq blog post, which is not a neutral source.

Linq: the company's main site now describes a messaging API for iMessage, RCS, SMS and voice. Linq's card product is still on sale at buy.linqapp.com, but several third parties report it has been de-emphasized and that its future is unclear. We haven't confirmed that with Linq.

We couldn't retrieve every page: Dot's and Linq's pricing pages didn't load for us, so their plan prices rest on App Store listings and reviews. “Not found” means we didn't find it on the company's site, not that it is absent. Companies change plans often. If something here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.

Questions

Before you switch.

Do I need an NFC card?
No — every Spryly card opens from a QR code or link in any phone's camera or browser, and you can add it to Apple Wallet.
Can I switch from Blinq, Popl or another card app?
Rebuilding your details in Spryly is quick for a contact card, and you can import your links from Linktree in one step. Your old card keeps working until you cancel it, so you can run both while you switch. You can also save your old card's contacts to your phone first, since that part lives in your phone's address book.
Does the person I share with need the app?
No. Every card opens in any phone or desktop browser from the QR code or link. Recipients can save your details as a vCard, RSVP to an event or fill in a form without an account.
Is there a team plan?
Yes. Enterprise adds shared organization cards and folders, shared data collections and files that each get a QR code and Wallet pass, up to 500 cards and 25 handles. It's sold by contact: email [email protected].
Can I export my event RSVPs and form responses?
Yes. Export event RSVPs and form responses to CSV and use them wherever you like.
What does it cost, and what happens after the trial?
Free covers 4 cards. PRO is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (App Store prices) and adds event, story and video cards, forms with AI analysis, AI banner images and up to 64 cards. New accounts get 15 days of PRO free, then move to the Free plan unless you subscribe. See pricing.
