Delete your whole account

These steps remove your account and everything in it. They can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first, such as the CSV from a data collection.

1. Open the menu. Tap the three-line icon in the top left corner of the app.
2. Choose “Settings & Tools”.
3. Choose “Delete Account” and confirm. On some screens the item reads just “Delete”. Confirm when the app asks whether you're sure.
4. Type DELETE in capital letters. The Delete Account button stays disabled until you do. Once deletion starts it can't be stopped. When it finishes you're signed out and the account is gone for good.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your cards, your connections, your messages, your events, your data collections and the media you uploaded. We don't keep a copy for you to restore later.

Delete a single card instead

If you only want to remove one card, your account and your other cards stay as they are.

1. Open the card you want to remove.
2. Tap the options menu, the column of three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
3. Choose “Delete”. Depending on your account type you'll see Delete directly, or you'll choose “Advanced” first and then “Delete”. Confirm when asked.

Deleted cards can usually be recovered from the app's settings until you delete them permanently.
